It's probably not all of what you wanted but it does have a fair bit of environment destruction involved a fair bit of it realtime that you can inflict. There are a few boss battles as well that are a little more than what classic Cyberdemon and Spider Mastermind are requiring a bit more maneuvering, perhaps even jumping on occasion.

They are beast tier not quite god tier, though I don't know if there are 'god' bosses given how limited classic doom may be, relatively speaking, in what you can code into enemy actions.Strange Aeons is another one where you, by the story, fight Lovecraftian abominations including some of the 'deities' but again it can't really sell the illusion. Though again, they are a little more difficult than Cyberdemon and Mastermind. No destruction, however.
