  I have the ps4 bf4 and downloaded the free china rising and naval strike pack but still not working after downloading. Downloads still displaying 'Waiting to install..'
  After pressing start it will switch screen with it saying 'Cannot find the application. Do you want to look in PlayStation Store?'
  As I have already installed BF4 (also re-installed numerous of times and applying restore licenses) is there a work around with this? The disc that was purchased is also a Premium edition.
  Any advice how to get the expansions to work?

  Will DICE give all DLC'S for BF4 for free again? I bougt BF4 on PS4 and i don't have any DLC'S anymore

  If u play a game on Operation outbreak u can pick up the bow somewhere in the middle of the map which unlocks it forever

  That unlocks the bow but does not give you the Phantom achievement assignment.

  Yeah these cheap ¯_(ツ)_/¯ are charging 51 dollars for a 2013 game and 14.99 per dlc when they were offering it for free.
