HelloI have tried downloading windows 7 from the Microsoft website but it keeps erroring on me when I put in my product key. My product key is a Windows 7 Ultimate key that I've had for several years now on this old laptop. I have worked with the chat supportand they did remote access and started a direct download but shortly after disconnecting from support (twice now) the download keeps stopping.
